These terms cover the plugins and the website at andrestia.com. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the plugins or the site.
Use at your own risk
The plugins are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Audio software can clip, crash, feed back, or otherwise behave in ways you didn't plan for. You are responsible for your levels, your monitors, your hearing, and your session backups.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Andrestia Audio is not liable for any damage, loss of work, or other harm that results from using the plugins or the site.
License
Free plugins are free to use for any music project, personal or commercial. Don't redistribute the installers, don't resell them, and don't strip the branding. If a plugin ships with its own license file, that file wins over this paragraph.
No promises about uptime
The site, the newsletter, and any download links may go down, move, or disappear. We try to keep things running. We don't guarantee it.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the plugins or the site after an update means you're fine with the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
